Albert Robin

Mr. Robin was a local businessman who donated money to philanthropic causes. The only source we have is an obituary from the Chicago Tribune. One obituary does not seem to be enough. Delete It seems odd but I am failing to find anything written about him. There are some works at the Chicago Art Institute that were donated by him, e.g. [1] and a mention in the abbreviated contents of a press release. Someone wrote a biography of him related to Roosevelt University [2] but it seems to have been a local vanity type publication, with no publisher named. He clearly was quite wealthy and generous, and I expected to find more. If someone with different access comes up with sources I could change my !vote.
